GLENVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Glenville police are searching for a wanted man, Adam Sipe, 36 of Ballston Spa. Sipe is accused of causing an expensive amount of damage to a building on Saratoga Road. Glenville police report they were called to 446 Saratoga Road on February 20 around 2:40 p.m. for a report of someone vandalizing the building. Police discovered someone had used a skid steer with pallet forks to cause about $13,500 in damage to the building. Officers interviewed several witnesses and watched security camera footage to identify Sipe as the suspect. The state’s oil and gas industry will face new rules cracking down on emissions as the state battles to bring the Denver area and northern Colorado into line with federal air-quality standards.Gov. Jared Polis announced Thursday that the state will develop “the most ambitious rule in Colorado’s history” to cut nitrogen oxide emissions, which form ground-level ozone pollution. One California Congressman wants to make the four-day workweek a federal law.Rep. Mark Takano, a Democrat representing California’s 39th congressional district, reintroduced the 32-Hour Workweek Act, a bill that would reduce the standard 40-hour workweek to 32 hours by amending the Fair Labor Standards Act.
