Editor's Note: The video above shows KXAN Live’s top headlines for July 25, 2023TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A jury last week convicted a man of a terroristic threat against a peace officer stemming from an incident that happened in September of last year. Kyle Taylor, 39, was found guilty of two counts of terroristic threat against a peace officer, according to a release from the Travis County District Attorney's Office. Testimony for the jury trial started Tuesday, July 18, and on Wednesday, July 19, the jury deliberated and found Taylor guilty of the two counts. According to the district attorney's office, the Lago Vista Police Department received warrants for Taylor’s arrest on Sept. 8, 2022, for offenses that took place on Sept. 7. Lago Vista PD arrested Taylor on Jan. 10, and he was indicted on two counts of the offense of terroristic threat against a peace officer on March 28, according to the release. The good new for the Vikings is star pass rusher Danielle Hunter has reported to TCO Performance Center in Eagan for training camp.The bad news for the Vikings is it doesn’t appear that a resolution is imminent with Hunter still in search of a new contract.“As of right now, we’ll take it a day at a time. I don’t expect him to initially be a full participant off the bat,” head coach Kevin O’Connell said. “We haven’t really seen him since last season. He looks great. A missing Forest Lake girl who was found safe on Friday spent the last two months living in a tent in a wooded area in Pine County, Minn., according to a criminal complaint filed against a man who allegedly helped her.The man, ShawnShawn Patrick Bellach. KINGSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two home health care workers have been arrested on grand larceny charges. The Washington County Sheriff's Office said Kimberly Ouderkerk, 50, of Hudson Falls, and Aireal Bailey, 22, of Queensbury, were arrested on July 21.
