TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Thursday, Troy's Bureau of Code Enforcement issued a stop-work order at the Harbour Point Gardens to prevent window removal at the properties. According to the Bureau of Code Enforcement, the owner did not secure the required building permit and has not provided the City with a remediation plan. ALBANY, N.Y (WTEN) -- The Capitol building in Albany will be adding a new face to the famous Million Dollar Staircase - a carving of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, which will be the first addition since 1898. There are currently 77 people carved into the staircase, and only six of them are women who tend to be placed lower in the stairwell. OSAGE BEACH, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is responding to a plane crash in Osage Beach.According to a release from MSHP Troop F, the Osage Beach Police Department reached out to them to let them know that they had a report of a possible downed aircraft."The aircraft was located in the treeline at the old golf course between Rt KK and US 54," according to the release.According to a Facebook post from MSHP Troop F, the plane had three occupants each with serious injuries.The Osage Beach Police Department reported that this was an ongoing investigation.The MSHP is asking people to avoid the area.OzarksFirst will update this article as more information is released.Missouri AG sues H&R Block, other tax preparers

CARLINVILLE, Ill. - Investigators have identified a person suspected of killing a man in Carlinville, Illinois, Wednesday evening. However, the suspect is still on the loose.Police responded to a shooting call in the 1000 block of Johnson Street around 7:20 p.m., and found the victim, identified as Dana Morgan Jr., suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.Morgan was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A group of nine perpetrators burglarized five gun stores in Centennial, Denver and Englewood recently in overnight smash-and-grab incidents and investigators on Thursday released video clips of the suspects.The incidents happened Sunday and Monday and authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect or suspects seen in the surveillance videos, according to an Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office news release.The businesses targeted were:Centennial Gun Club, 11800 E.
